Bassenfell has a new tree climb! Called 'Jacobs Ladder', it's 18 metres (nearly 60 feet) of climbing up a Scots pine tree to get to the top!
There are two routes up the tree, so two people can climb together.Three cow bells are dangling at various points up the tree, waiting to be rung, with the biggest at the top. This tree climb complements our original tree climb 'Treemendous' which is 8 metres high, using climbing wall holds.
When planning to visit Bassenfell, get in touch about activities you and your group can do - there are 8 different activities in the grounds of Bassenfell Manor, as well as various adventerous activities instructed off site in the stunning Lake District National Park.
