Bassenfell Community Worker (Outdoor Activities)

This is an exciting new role for an Outdoor Activities Instructor with a heart for sharing the Christian faith and receiving training to develop their ministry and skills. As well as instructing groups that are residential at Bassenfell Manor, the aim of the post is to take the ministry of Bassenfell Manor into the local community, by offering outdoor activities to local schools and churches. Initially a two year contract, the Bassenfell Community Worker (BCW) will be required to undertake the North West Ministry Training Course (which runs one day per week for thirty weeks) and other training/assessment in outdoor activity leadership. The BCW will organise their own accommodation in a local town/village and have their own transport.
