ITC First Aid Courses are suitable for adults of all ages, come and gain skills for life so you could be helpful in an emergency. These are practical “hands on” first aid courses with an emphasis on the outdoor context. You will be guided through the latest techniques and gain real skills at life saving first aid. You can book for 1day (8 hour Emergency Action) or the full 2 day course (16 hour Emergency First Aid covering all NGB requirements).
