Booking conditions
- The Manor is available for booking by groups on a self catering basis all year round except for the first two weeks in January.
- Only full week (Saturday to Saturday) bookings during July and August.
- Full week, Weekend and Midweek bookings are accepted at all other times.
- Bookings are not accepted more than 12 months in advance and priority is given to a currently booked group to rebook for the following year.
- Groups are requested not to arrive before 4:00 p.m. for Monday to Saturday arrivals, and before 6:00 p.m. for Sunday arrivals.
- Groups departing on Monday to Saturday must vacate bedrooms by 9:30 a.m. and the Manor completely by 11:00 a.m. Groups departing on Sunday must vacate bedrooms by 12:30 p.m. and the Manor completely by 4:00 p.m. Depending on how busy we are it may be possible to vary these times, please contact us before your visit to discuss your requirements.
- The Christian Outdoor Pursuits Trust is under no liability in respect of any personal injury or for any personal loss or damage to personal property.
- In the event of cancellation within 180 days of the booking start date a fee of 50% of the minimum booking (i.e. 30 places) for the number of booked nights and tariff will apply.
- The deposit paid is non-refundable for cancellation more than 180 days before the booking start date.
- All visitors to Bassenfell Manor agree to comply with the Manor rules and safety regulations during their visit. A no-smoking/no alcohol/no pets (except for assistance dogs) rule applies throughout the Manor.
- Organisers of groups will be liable for breakages and damage to property and equipment.
- Guests must supply their own sleeping bag or sheets and pillowcases, or hire a bedding pack from the Manor at a cost of £5 per person per stay.
- Groups agree to carry out a small amount of cleaning to leave the facilities clean and in good order.
- Groups agree to hold a daily act of Christian worship in compliance with the aim of Christian Outdoor Pursuits Trust - To further and promote the Christian Faith and individual character building.
