Making a booking
When making a booking, provide details of your requirements including:
- Start date (preferred plus alternative if possible)
- Number of nights
- Number in group
- Name of group
- Contact details
When you make your enquiry we will check if the dates required are available. If the dates required are not available we will advise you straight away and may be able to suggest alternative dates or an alternative centre for you to try.
If the dates required are available we will provisionally book them for you and send you a Provisional Booking Form showing the details of your booking
On receipt of your Provisional Booking Form you will have 10 days to confirm your booking by signing and returning the form plus the requested deposit. If you do not wish to proceed with your booking please let us know as soon as possible, otherwise your provisional booking will lapse after the 10 days and be made available for other groups.
On receipt of your deposit and signed Provisional Booking Form we will send you a Confirmed Booking Form together with a group leader's information pack.
If at any time you have a query regarding your booking please contact us quoting your booking reference number.
